Introduction

C600M monolithic pressure sensors are made with a ceramic cell and workfollowing the piezoresistive principle. Ceramic excellent chemical resistance (aggressivegases, most of solvents and acids, etc.), no additional protection is normally requiredThanks to the reinforced outer area (monolithic structure), the sensor can bemounted directly in a plastic or metallic case by using O-ring.C600M sensors aredesigned in such a way so that temperature changes and pressure overloads do notcause loss in reliability. C600M sensors ensure optimal linearity across theentire range of measurement and minimize effects of hysteresis.
