Introduction

The C-CPS+B monocrystalline silicon pressure sensor adopts imported MEMS monocrystalline silicon pressure chips to achieve internationally leading overvoltage performance and ensure excellent signal stability. Assembly is carried out using a fully welded sealed structure, and silicone oil is filled under high vacuum. Different materials of measuring diaphragms can isolate the measured medium from the pressure chip, while also enabling the sensor to perform long-term reliable measurement of pressure difference signals from various highly corrosive media.

The C-CPS+B monocrystalline silicon pressure sensor directly applies the measured pressure to the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a micro displacement proportional to the pressure. The integrated electronic circuit detects this change and converts it into a standard measurement signal corresponding to the pressure.
