Introduction

Industrial platinum thermal resistance is one of the most accurate temperature measuring elements in the range of -200~650 ºC, and is the most commonly used temperature detector for direct detection of -200~650 ºC. Compared with thermocouples, it has the characteristics of strong signal, high accuracy, good stability and reproducibility. At present, industrial platinum elements have three forms of skeleton: glass, mica, and ceramic. Among them, ceramic platinum elements are characterized by good internal quality, high operating temperature limit, stable performance, and long service life, making them the most ideal temperature sensors at present. Therefore, it is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power, light textile, food processing, and precision temperature measurement in scientific research.
